Yellowstone Winter Season Begins Saturday

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, Wyo. (AP) — Winter is on schedule in Yellowstone National Park.

The park opens to the public for the winter season at 7 a.m. Saturday.

Visitors will be able to travel to the park's interior roads on commercially guided snowmobiles or snowcoaches from the North, West and South Entrances

Saturday Is Free Fishing Day In Wyoming

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Saturday, June 2, is free fishing day in Wyoming for residents and nonresidents alike.

Free fishing day means anglers may fish without buying a state license. Licenses are still required to fish in Yellowstone National Park and on the Wind River Indian Reservation

Toys For Tots To Take Collections At UW Game

LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — Toys for Tots will be collecting toys on Saturday at the Wyoming-New Mexico football game in Laramie.

Toys for Tots is a program begun by the Marine Corps Reserve in 1947 to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to needy children
