Area fire units responded to a wildland fire on Coal Mountain Road on the west end of Casper on Monday. One member of a Montana family died in a rollover crash south of Douglas on I-25 on Saturday morning.

The state's treasurer and its longest serving attorney general Joe Meyer has died. A mule deer poaching this time in Converse County north of Rolling Hills is under investigation.

The Natrona County Sheriff's Office has uncovered new leads in the recent string of horse tail and mane thefts. Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from this evening through Saturday afternoon for portions of southeastern Wyoming from Glenrock to the Cheyenne area.

Fire investigators say "human caused" as they continue to try and pin point the source of the Sheepherder Hill Fire on Casper Mountain. Police are looking for a driver who hit a 12-year old girl crossing the street in Cheyenne.
