FDL Energy, the company that operates the Salt Creek Oil Field surrounding Midwest, is paying for the system.

Salt Creek Oil Field owner Fleur de Lis is working is working with other agencies that are conducting their own independent investigations.

The Texas-based Fleur de Lis LLC said Friday it is still looking for additional point sources of gas and odors. No other incidents have been reported.
