Third Party Arraigned in Alleged Drug Conspiracy Out of Casper
Charges indicate that Mark Strobel traveled to Aurora, Colorado frequently to bring methamphetamine back to Natrona County for distribution. Two others have been arrested in the alleged conspiracy as well.
