Tracy Olsen pleaded not guilty in Natrona County Circuit Court on Tuesday to a number of different charges, including eluding police, interference, DUI, and more, after he allegedly led police on a high-speed chase early Tuesday morning.
At 5 p.m. Dec. 5, the Commission will conduct the hearing at the City Council Chambers, 200 N. David St., Casper, WY 82601. Department personnel and the public are invited comment.
The Casper Police Department announced that the Amber Alert that was called on November 17 has been cancelled, as the child and the suspect have been located.
"Mr. Crook is alleged to have stolen vehicles, eluded multiple attempts by law enforcement to capture him, and taken actions that put the general public in danger," Casper Police wrote.
According to Casper Police, it's believed that Gracelyn is currently with James Martin, and Martin is alleged to be interfering with the legal custody of a minor child.
An Amber Alert was issued earlier on Thursday regarding a 14-year-old girl named Gracelyn, who is believed to have been kidnapped by 36-year-old James Martin.
