Casper Police Chief Chris Walsh Identifies Casper College Victims

During a press briefing, Casper Police Chief Chris Walsh identified the two victims in yesterday’s attack at Casper College as Jim Krumm and Heidi Arnold, both professors at the college. The Suspect has been identified as Krumm’s 26 year-old son Chris.

Authorities believe that the suspect stabbed Arnold outside of her home on Hawthorne St., then proceded to the college where he shot Krumm in the head with an arrow from a compound bow. The suspect inflicted wounds on himself with a “very large knife” then stabbed Prof. Krumm with the knife, killing him.

There were 4-6 students in the classroom at the time of the attack.
