Officials with the Wyoming Civil Air Patrol confirm four people were on board a single-engine plane that disappeared in the Wheatland area. Police say there's "no specific connection" between the disappearance of a Colorado girl and the abduction and assault of an 11-year old girl Monday in Cody.
