ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) — Searchers are still looking for a 69-year-old Utah man who has been missing since his boat capsized in Flaming Gorge Reservoir earlier this month.

Daggett County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Susie Potter says searchers are concentrating on an area where debris washed up along the shoreline. Water depths are up to 100 feet in that area of the reservoir, which straddles the Utah-Wyoming border.

Charles Darrell Thomas, of Riverton, Utah, was in a small boat with a 62-year-old woman when the boat capsized during bad weather on Sept. 1. The woman was able to swim to shore and survived.

The Rock Springs Rocket-Miner reports that search and rescue crews from both states are involved in the search.
