The last of three Casper men who vandalized Natrona County High School, will be spending time behind bars after admitting to his role in the case.

Twenty-three year old Robert Rowe, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, after he pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of criminal entry.

After that, he will be given first time offender status, along with one-to-five years of probation, after he pleaded guilty to one felony count of property destruction.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say in September 2014, Rowe along with two co-defendants, entered Natrona County High School through an unsecured entrance, and vandalized various rooms, pushed over a vending machine, and even put metal cups into a microwave, but the latter didn’t work, when the breaker tripped, thus shutting the microwave off.

Officers were able to obtain surveillance video of the three and they were later identified by a bar waitress, who said she had seen one of them earlier in the evening.

When questioned by police, the three admitted to what they did, and said they had been drinking prior to the crime spree, and didn’t have a plan to do what they did, but it ended up happening.

If Rowe completes his probation, the felony conviction will be cleared from his record.

He has already repaid nearly $7,500 in restitution for the damage he caused.

His two co-defendants, Kasey Ford and Courtland Lovato, have already been sentenced for their roles in the case.
