Robert Bennett Killed In Motorcycle-Vehicle Collision In Casper

A Casper man is dead following a collision between an SUV and a motorcycle.

The Natrona County Coroner says thirty-six year old Robert Bennett of Casper died of severe traumatic brain and chest injuries, when his motorcycle collided with an SUV shortly after midnight Friday June 8th.

Casper police say Bennett and a passenger were westbound on a motorcycle on Yellowstone, approaching McKinley Street, when an SUV pulled out in front of them.

Bennett was not wearing a helmet and later died at the Wyoming Medical Center.

A female passenger on the motorcycle, is in critical condition at a Colorado hospital.

Investigators are still trying to determine who was at fault in the collision.
