Police Probe Casper Shooting

Police are investigating a shooting at the Casper Events Center just before 12:30 p.m. Friday. An unidentified male was transported to the Wyoming Medical Center for treatment of a gunshot wound. Police were called by a relative of the person shot, and officers found him in a car on the drive in front of the facility.

It's not known who fired the shot, and the condition of the person is not available, but officials say he was conscious when he was taken to the hospital. A police spokesperson said more details would be released Monday.
