Murder Investigation in Mills [AUDIO]

A Mills man is arrested on murder charges.

At about ten-thirty Wednesday morning, the Mills Police Department received an emergency call from the three hundred block of Benton Avenue regarding an infant that was unconscious and not breathing.

Nineteen-year-old, Matthew Hankins was arrested on Thursday and will have his initial court appearance today at two pm.
