Action on the supplemental state budget bill will dominate both houses of the Wyoming Legislature this week. THE WYOMING SUPREME COURT HAS SIDED WITH SECRETARY OF STATE MAX MAXFIELD IN RULING THAT TERM LIMITS FOR HIM AND OTHER STATEWIDE ELECTED OFFICIALS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
