An Assistant Principal at a Casper High School found himself behind bars recently.

Kelly Walsh High School Assistant Principal Marty Wood has been charged by Casper Police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

This after a vehicle collision on Casper's east side on Wednesday evening (August 24th).

According to police, officers were dispatched to a hit and run call at the 14-hundred block of Heathrow Avenue.

When they arrived they found a Chevy truck had hit a parked vehicle and had sustained serious damage to the front passenger's side area.
