Determined to change the stigma and culture around suicide, the Wyoming Department of Health, Youth Suicide Prevention Program, has launched an online campaign.

It's called "Just let it out" and features online videos, blogs and other multimedia content aimed at opening up teens and young adults. A series of short video documentaries shot mostly in Wyoming have already launched at the "Just let it out" website.

"That's the website that we developed, really for young people to go and to be able to share their stories and to be able to get information. And there's online assessments if a young person has a friend that they think may be suicidal."

Keith Hottle with the Youth Suicide Prevention Program says the project offers a wealth of resources and has generated participation far exceeding expections.
