Governor Matt Mead has announced that he will make his decision known today on the proposed lottery bill that passed the Wyoming Legislature. CASPER CITY COUNCIL WILL ATTEMPT TO AMEND THE CITY’S CONTROVERSIAL PUBLIC INDOOR SMOKING BAN.
