A Casper woman has admitted she endangered her child.

Jennifer Cromwell has entered a guilty plea to one charge of child endangerment after police say she left her five-year old child with someone who had meth paraphernalia.

Police say an officer found the child outside, screaming for help on December first .

The child led the officer to the place he was staying at, on the nine-hundred block of east second street.

After talking to the care-taker, police learned that Cromwell had dropped the child off, to be looked after...but later officers found meth paraphernalia and residue at the residence.

As part of a plea bargain, the state will seek no more than a four-to-five year suspended prison sentence and three years of supervised probation against Cromwell.

She will be sentenced at a later date.
