At about eight-thirty Saturday night, Casper Police responded to Plaza Drive near the west-side Walmart for a collision.

According to affidavit, while driving, twenty-five-year-old, Phillip James Pursche inhaled a can of Dust Off that he had just purchased from Walmart.

Pursche allegedly lost consciousness as his vehicle swerved across the westbound lane of Plaza Drive and collided with the Walmart sign on the northwest corner of the Wyoming Boulevard intersection.

After a stop at the Wyoming Medical Center, Pursche was released into police custody with no apparent injuries.

A criminal history search revealed that Pursche had three prior DUI convictions qualifying this most recent arrest as a felony.
