A Casper woman has been sentenced after admitting endangering a child with meth paraphernalia.

Deanna Brasiel was given a four-to-five year suspended prison sentence, with three years of probation, after pleading guilty to one charge of child endangerment meth.

Casper police say in August, Brasiel, along with her boyfriend, had meth paraphernalia in a room where a two-month old child was sleeping.

Police were informed by a tip that the child was not being cared for properly and was possibly being exposed to methamphetamine.

Brasiel's boyfriend was the father of the infant.
