Big changes next week at Casper College will mean students rethinking where to park when they come back after the spring break.

College Relations Director, Rich Fujita says one of the lower parking lots will be turned into a staging area for construction as they prepare to break ground on the next two major construction projects.

"So the roadway, Campus Drive will actually be rerouted to accommodate the cranes and other construction material in the staging area that will be needed for the Union and University building."

Adding to that, construction on the new music building starts later this semester displacing more parking in front of the Krampert Theatre.

Fujita says replacement parking on the former site of the residence halls should be ready by fall semester.

A ceremonial ground breaking for both the UWCC building and the music building are scheduled for March 19th
