Changes On Casper City Council

The Casper City Council will take on a new appearance following Tuesday’s election. Bob Hopkins and Daniel Sandoval won their races for open seats in Ward One, Charlie Powell and Craig Hedquist were victorious with Ward Two voters and Stephen Cathey won the seat in Ward Three.
