Casper Mountain Fire Debris Drop Off Locations-Morning Update [AUDIO]

Natrona County Emergency Management is setting up dumpsters to help property owners that suffered losses in the Sheepherder Hill Fire on Casper Mountain. The Natrona County Sheriff’s Office says over 40 horses in the county have been stripped of tail and mane horse hair.
