PINEDALE, Wyo. (AP) — Officials with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management will meet with oil and gas operators at the agency's annual planning meeting in Pinedale on Aug. 9.

The federal agency intends to discuss air, water and socioeconomics topics with the operators at the meeting, which is open to the public.

Air quality has been an issue around Pinedale in recent winters because of elevated levels of ozone.

Water quality topics will include an update on surface and general water quality monitoring.

Operators will give presentations on their planned operations based on commodity prices.
