Award-winning photographer Miles Hecker will provide expert help to all digital photographers through the Casper College class “Electronic Digital Photography”.

Hecker, who has been involved with photography for more than forty years, has won awards from Photo.net, The Luminous Landscape, Wyoming Wildlife, Naturescapes.net, and Natures Best magazine. His photos have been published in American Vignette, Backpacker, Natures Best Images, Popular Photography, Wyoming Audubon, and Wyoming Wildlife.

According to Hecker, students will learn the fundamentals of digital photography, how to make quality prints on their inkjet printer, how to scan their old slides and negatives, and how to master Adobe Photoshop CS skills to create better photos.

The class, which begins on August 21, will meet on Tuesday nights from 6 to 8:50. For more information or to register, call Casper College at 268-2100.
