Andrew Zuber Arrested For Public Indecency And Public Intoxication
A Bar Nunn man who decided to get spontaneous with his girlfriend, ended up making a poor choice on where to conduct his business.
Forty-eight year old Andrew Zuber was arrested by Casper Police for public indecency and public intoxication.
Police say at around 11:30pm on Tuesday, July 22nd, a federal security guard was on patrol outside of the downtown Casper post office, when he saw a vehicle improperly parked on North Wolcott Street.
The guard then made contact with an intoxicated male and female who were fornicating inside the vehicle, on the side of the post office building.
Zuber admitted to officers that he had been drinking earlier in the evening, and was on his way home with his girlfriend when he got the urge, and wanted to be spontaneous.
A breathalyzer test showed he had a blood alcohol content of 0.16 at the time.
Official court charges are pending.
