25th Annual Youth Basketball Tourney In Casper March 21st And 22nd

The City of Casper Recreation Division, in conjunction with the Community Recreation Foundation and the Casper Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, will host the 25th Annual Casper Youth Basketball Tournament for boy’s and girl’s 4th through 8th grade teams on Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22, 2015 at several locations throughout Casper. The deadline to register a team is March 6, 2015.

The team fee of $160 includes a 3-game guarantee, a free throw competition on Friday night, and admission to the pool party on Saturday night at the Casper Family Aquatics Center. This colossal tournament typically features over 150 teams from Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Utah and Colorado. Proceeds generated from this event benefit the Community Recreation Foundation to provide scholarships and recreation programs for youth and seniors in the Casper area.

The tournament is bracketed in a modified consolation format; therefore, many teams play more than their three games guaranteed. All tournament games are officiated by NFHS registered officials.
