The driver involved in a fatal crash north of Bar Nunn over the weekend has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide.
27 yr-old, Ryan M. Nordstrom, of Michigan faces up to 20 years. The judge set his bond at $50,000 Monday afternoon.
The 2-car crash occurred southbound on I-25 around 3 p.m. Saturday killing a Montana man who was driving a Ford F-150 pickup and pulling a U-Haul trailer. He was traveling with his wife and 2 young children

Wyoming Highway Patrol Trooper, Adam Bruning says a White Chevy Cruze, driven by Nordstrom struck the trailer from behind.

"From initial appearances of what happened was, the white Chevy Cruze struck the back left rear of the U-Haul trailer causing the white Chevy Cruze to go off the road and the Ford F-150 with the U-Haul to go through the median and roll, causing total road blockage on the northbound side."

The driver of the F-150, 27-yr-old Daniel L. Barto of Butte, Montana was killed. His three passengers also of Butte, 30 yr-old Jennifer Barto, 2 yr-old Ariana Barto, and 1 yr-old Lucian Barto were transported with minor injuries to hospital.

Bruning says impaired driving is suspected as a contributing factor in the crash.
Witnesses told the trooper on scene that Nordstrom appeared to be driving recklessly.
According to a law enforcement affidavit troopers found a pipe and possibly the substance known as spice in his vehicle.
