Casper Police have arrested and charged 2 people for endangering a child with meth.

According to police, on Wednesday morning (August 24th), officers were investigating the home of Stevi Mannarino and Lance Muir when they alledgedly found meth and marijuana peraphernalia.

There were also 2 children, ages 5 and 3, that lived in the house.

Officers placed the children in protective custody with the Department of Family Services, while Mannarino and Muir were taken to the Natrona County Detention Center.
