Happy Tuesday to the Cowboy state!  A large area of high pressure will continue to be the main and dominant weather influence across the state today.  Expect sunny skies, dry conditions and breezy winds.  Temperatures will warm up across all counties today, with most areas rising into the 50's and 60's.  The higher elevations across the western regions will rise into the 40's to 50's, and far eastern regions will see highs into the lower 70's late this afternoon.  Precipitation is not expected today, however winds will be strong and gusty across central and southeast locations.  Gusts there will generally range between 35 and 50 mph at times.

Wednesday will be the warmest day of the week across most of the state, with many areas in the 60's to 70's (50's over the western mountains and higher terrain areas in the west).  A weak disturbance will bring the chance for scattered rain showers and some thunderstorms to Wyoming during the afternoon and early evening hours.  Greatest chance for pop-up rain showers and thunderstorms will be northern and eastern regions.
