Taste Of Home Looking For Holiday Ambassador [VIDEO]

Every other year, we in Casper have been treated to a visit from a Taste Of Home economist in our Taste of Home Cooking Schools and now Taste of Home magazine is looking for an official Holiday Ambassador, and they want to hear from you in Wyoming who love cooking, decorating, and entertaining,and who take celebrating the holidays to a whole new level!

The Search for Mrs. Holiday seeks to identify an American woman, age 18 or older, who truly embodies the holiday spirit.  Her family and friends already consider her the Queen of the Holidays, and her signature recipes are a must-have at every gathering.  Mrs. Holiday will now be an advocate, an ambassador, and an inspiration to the country.  She’s got memorable recipes combined with a celebration attitude, and is ready to serve up a helping to every American family.

The woman crowned Mrs. Holiday by Taste of Home will receive $50,000 and the chance to live out her celebrity spokesperson dreams. Her friends and family may already know that her home cooking is the best in town, but now she’ll be able to share her talent, recipes, and enthusiasm with millions of Taste of Home readers as she travels the country, making live appearances, participating in interviews and cooking segments, and regularly contributing content to Taste of Home magazine.

Between now and September 7^th, women age 18 and older are invited to log on to Facebook.com/TasteofHome to upload a short video and signature recipe that demonstrates how they bring the holidays to life for their family and friends.  The winner will be selected from the top 100 entries that receive the most votes from the public, so every vote counts!

Mrs. Holiday candidates can submit videos for Independence Day, New Years, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
