Just a few days after finding missing juvenile Josiah Decker, the young man has gone missing again, according to the Mills Police Department.

The Youth Crisis Center in Casper has announced plans for an expansion of the youth home and the capital campaign to help fund it.

Youth Crisis Center board members will move into fundraising mode now that financing for a new and expanded building is coming together. Casper City Council and Natrona County Commissioners approved their portions of a financial package Tuesday evening, that makes possible construction of a larger facility for the Crisis Center expected to cost around 2 million dollars...

A mattress fire at the Youth Crisis Center in Casper did little damage and according to Y-C-C's executive director the responsible individual was identified.  The fire Monday also did little to extinguish optimism for the Crisis Center's future as they prepare for expansion. Listen here,

70 percent of youth in crisis in Wyoming tapped into services at the Youth Crisis Center in Casper this past year. That number comes from Y-C-C director Dick Dresang  who, along with board member,  Jim Meador,  met with the Natrona County Commission this week asking for help to access leftover stimulus dollars  earmarked for juvenile services.
