The Wyoming Supreme Court on Tuesday issued an order of disbarment of former Laramie County District Attorney Leigh Anne Grant Manlove effective May 5.

The Wyoming Supreme Court upheld a district court's ruling that a Casper woman would no longer have parental rights to her child who, as a baby, was found with legions on her neck and meth in her system.

Cheyenne attorney Cassandra ''Cassie" Craven has been publicly censured by the Wyoming Supreme Court, according to a news release from the Wyoming State Bar.

"KH had to be transported to Colorado for treatment due to the severity of his injuries. He suffered permanent brain damage."

The list includes two attorneys from Cheyenne as well as one each from Lander and Casper.

Richard Macy served as Chief Justice from 1992 through 1994.

The ruling Tuesday keeps the case wholly in state district court at least for now.

This marked the second time Lott unsuccessfully appealed a conviction of felony child endangerment decision in Natrona County District Court.
