A 35-year-old Cheyenne transient was arrested Wednesday after DNA testing linked him to the theft of a car.

Charges have been filed against Wyatt Dean Lamb in the death of 2-year-old Athian Rivera.

The case started in May 2016, but it apparently took a long time before Tanner was charged because of the work involved in the DNA analysis.
