The Wyoming Highway Patrol says speed and driver fatigue may be to blame for a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 80 that left one person dead and another injured.
Two people died and another was injured early Monday morning after a semi collided with a tow truck recovering a car from a previous slide-off on Interstate 80.
WHP Troopers pursued the truck east on Interstate 80 towards Wamsutter, Wyoming. The driver fled from law enforcement at speeds near 100 miles per hour. The driver was observed to cross into opposite lanes of traffic on the Interstate at times, before exiting the roadway.
