Alexander Brian Kennedy received seven years, eight months of imprisonment for his conviction of possession of a firearm not registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record and for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Hedquist filed an amended complaint in November, saying some city officials waged a retaliation campaign that cost his construction company thousands of dollars of business.
