The joy felt by everyone who attended the Holiday Square Tree Lighting event at Conwell Park was contagious, and it reminded us that maybe, just maybe, this season...we can be each others' light.
On Saturday, scores of Casper residents descended upon the downtown area for lights, cameras, and a whole lot of action. It was 'Christmas at the Movies' in Casper, and all of the big ones were represented in some way, shape, or form.
'Tis the season in Casper as the switch was thrown Sunday night (November 20th), to welcome in the winter holiday season.
About 65 trees, decorated with holiday lights were lit up for the first time, at Casper's Conwell Park...or Holiday Square as it's now called for next month and a half...
