Two men who were on the property got away before deputies got there.

After years of decline, the number of vehicles now being stolen in Cheyenne has risen to its highest level in almost a decade.

Casper Police say all the thefts were preventable, and leaving a running vehicle without safe remote start capability unattended is not allowed by law.

Walsh also agreed to pay restitution on all counts, including the charges that were dismissed per the deal.

The vehicles were stolen late July 31st or early August 1st.
