In an effort to break up the monotony of pictures of flowers, and chocolates and love (oh gag), the Casper Police Department has shared something special on their social media pages.
The launch of their Instagram page coincides with National Stalking Awareness Month. This is ironic, given that Instagram is a major stalking tool for many.
The Casper Police Department and the Natrona County School District have notified parents about a nation-wide social media trend that, allegedly, encourages students to threaten violence towards their schools.
