Just before 3:20 p.m., a storm chaser reported seeing the tornado eight miles east of Guernsey.

Scattered hail as large as apples is likely along with scattered wind gusts of up to 70 mph.

The storm continued to track toward Midwest and Edgerton.

Baseball size hail was reported near Guernsey and Scottsbluff.

Ping pong ball-sized hail is possible with this storm.

Storms and torrential rains have ravaged the Midwest, from Texas through Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and Illinois.

The stormy weather is expected to continue Tuesday in eastern Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and western Illinois.

The Red Cross provided assistance with lodging and other immediate needs for the larger group.

Wyoming has seen unusual severe weather from tornadoes and damaging hail, to severe thunderstorms.

The closest funnel cloud touched down approximately 9 miles north of Laramie.
