Stone chose not to address the court at his sentencing.

One resigned as an assistant U.S. attorney.

He’s scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 6. He could face up to 20 years.

Stone attorney Robert Buschel entered the plea on his client's behalf.

Some of those false statements were made to the House intelligence committee, according to the indictment.
