Halloween isn't the only big thing happening on the 31st... it's the last day to apply for preference points.

After the recent resident big game draw, I was engaged in the conversation about whether or not preference points for resident hunters was a good thing or not. There really are two sides of the issue. If you draw the areas and tags that you would like to hunt on a regular basis, you are probably happy with the system as it stands today...
