An alleged drunk driver has been arrested and charged with one recommended felony charge of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury, after the driver struck a pedestrian in the early morning hours on Tuesday.
A 46-year-old Wyoming woman was fatally struck by a pickup yesterday, Jan. 31, on the Wind River Indian Reservation, according to the Wyoming Highway Patrol.
One unidentified person was struck and killed by the train as it returned from it's annual excursion from Denver, CO to Cheyenne, WY for Cheyenne Frontier Days.
