Outer Drive is closed From Casper Mountain Road to E. 21st Street due to an overturned semi. The Wyoming Department of Transportation is advising no travel at all on Wyoming BLVD (Outer Drive) due to extreme winds.

One person is dead and two others were taken to the hospital after being involved in a two vehicle head-on crash on Outer Drive, southeast of Casper.
