Casper city council on Tuesday agreed to a settlement agreement with opioid manufacturer's to give the city money over 18 years to help address the opioid epidemic.
The city of Casper has agreed to the terms of a settlement with opioid manufacturers that would give the city over $2 million over 18 years to help address the opioid epidemic.
Steve Miller, chairman of Purdue's board of directors, said on a conference call with reporters that an admission of wrongdoing is not part of the deal.
