A 25-year-old Cheyenne woman is facing a felony charge after allegedly trying to break into the neighbors to fight them.

The owner estimated it would cost $13,000 to $15,000 to replace the bull, which was euthanized.

Jeffrey Hyde's neighbors said his behavior and mental health apparently had declined rapidly during the weeks before the shooting.
