In an email Tuesday, Kitchen reiterated the college’s plan for the programs to be “taught out” next year so second-year students can complete their coursework.

According to Kitchen’s email, Hicswa said the programs in question would be “taught out” so second-year students can finish.

Wyoming High School students that are considering a career in journalism, were in Casper to learn the tricks of the trade.
