Many of those who spoke at the Natrona County Commission's regular meeting two weeks ago misunderstood what a county commission can do, commissioner Jim Milne said.

The current 2000 code has been amended at least sixteen times based on the original code back in the late '80s, causing the code to become "disorganized."

Paul Bertoglio said he appreciated the concerns of those who objected to the election of new officers, but the commission needed a new chairman as soon as possible.

The general election is Nov. 6.
