There is a tasty charity event happening tomorrow in Casper.

On Friday, February 17 (that's tonight!), the Gaslight Social is hosting a 'Stupid Cupid Anti-Valentine's Party.'

There was quite a turnout for the live music, food preceding fireworks at the Marina on Alcova Lake.

McPheeters had been on patrol in the area when he saw two people get into the back of a maroon 2005 Chrysler passenger vehicle.

The officer decided to arrest Manbeck, believing that the disturbance would have continued or someone may have gotten hurt if Manbeck was left at the hospital.

Police have been trying to get in touch with people who were at the Gaslight Social that night and may have witnessed the incident.

Detectives hope to obtain copies of any video footage of the event captured by people who were at the bar that night.

Greer said Proa remained on the ground, not moving, until police arrived.
