A 25-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a handful of charges following a suspected DUI crash in northeast Cheyenne Friday night.

Judge Daniel Forgey said circumstances have changed, and reset Lovelace's bond to $100,000.

Zachary Lovelace remains in custody. A trial date will be set later.

While the Special Response Team was pumping chemical munitions into the attic, Zachary Lovelace shot at them from within the attic.
