EPA rules on coal-fired power plants

The Petroleum Association of Wyoming and Governor Mark Gordon have put out statements praising the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision to limit the authority of the EPA.

The EPA has proposed an emission rule to apply across 26 states, Wyoming included, which Governor Mark Gordon said would be a disaster for Wyoming.
